1 Introduction

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and 789p ("Company", "Platform", "We") governing the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the 789p brand.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of our platform, you expressly and voluntarily agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the 789p platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. 789p reserves the right to request written proof to verify your eligibility at any time.

• Aged at least 18 years of age or the legal age permitted for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Be an individual registering under your own name — not on behalf of a third party, organization, or corporate entity.
• Not currently serving a self-imposed or platform-imposed self-exclusion ban.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to have one (1) account only on the 789p platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name as per your identity document, an active phone number, a valid email address, and a local bank account number in your own name.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before any first withdrawal can be processed. You will need to submit a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), a selfie with your identity card, and a recent bank or utility statement as proof of address. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted deposit methods: FPX (Online Banking), DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost eWallet and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit is RM20 with no daily maximum set for regular members, while VIP members enjoy more flexible limits.

Regarding withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to a local Malaysian bank account registered in the same member's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Regular members may withdraw up to RM20,000 per day, while VIP members have higher limits based on their membership tier. • The recipient bank account must be in the same name as the 789p account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6 Game Rules & Results

• If a game is disconnected due to an internet connection issue on the member's end, bets that have already been placed will not be refunded.
• In the event of a technical disruption on the 789p server side, all affected bets will be fully refunded to the member's account.

• Any jackpots or large wins resulting from a software failure will be voided once the investigation is complete.

7 Prohibited Activities

789p members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate disciplinary action, including account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.

• Sharing your account with another individual, including a family member.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

789p reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Such causes include but are not limited to a breach of these terms, a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or for the security of the platform.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before account closure is processed, all KYC and verification requirements must be completed and any active bets will be settled in accordance with the game outcome.

• Valid account balances will be returned to the registered bank account within 7 business days after a member-requested account closure.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, no refund of the remaining balance will be made.
• Members whose accounts have been closed for security reasons are not permitted to re-register without written approval from 789p management.
